Biography
Carolina Aguerre holds a Master's Degree in Communication, Culture and Society from the University of London and a degree in Social Communication from the Catholic University of Uruguay. In addition, she is an affiliated researcher at the Department of Social Sciences and the Technology and Society Center of the University of San Andrés. He has published several chapters of books and newspaper articles and has participated in several international conferences and investigations. He is currently a member of the Multistakenholder Advisory Group (MAG) belonging to the Internet Governance Forum (IGF), United Nations.
