Biography
"Gustavo Genoni graduated as a Doctor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Arts in Economics from Boston University. He has a Postgraduate in Economics from the Torcuato Di Tella Institute and a BA in Economics from the UBA. He is a full-time professor at the University of San Andrés. He is the director of the School of Business Administration.He previously worked at the Adolfo Ibáñez University of Chile as a full time professor, director of Teacher Development and director of the Adolfo Ibañéz School of Management (Miami) and of all its programs. Previously, he was director of MBA programs at UTDT and teacher development at the UAI. He was an advisor to the Argentine Ministry of Economy, participating in the restructuring of the debt under the Brady Plan, in the placement of government bonds and the placement on the Stock Exchange of several privatized companies. He has been a consultant and director in important companies in several Latin American countries.He has conducted research and published in academic journals on the topics of the industrial organization of the underwriting system of IPOs, the role of Private Equity, the manipulation of utility reports and pension systems in Latin America.His specialty is corporate finance. "
