Biography
Sebastián Steizel holds a PhD in Information and Knowledge Society from the Open University of Catalonia (Spain), and has a Master's degree from the same University and another in Marketing from the University of San Andrés. He holds undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Tel Aviv (Israel). He is a professor at the School of Management and Business in the areas of Organizational Behavior and also serves as academic coordinator of the Postgraduate in Strategic Management of Human Resources. His areas of specialty are Intercultural Management and remote work management and virtual teams in organizations. He is currently investigating how certain human behaviors in organizations are modified when the work modality is remote, that is, mediated by technology.
