Biography
Mr. Abud obtained a public accountant degree from National University of Jujuy, he obtained a Master degree in Business Administration at National University of Jujuy and completed the High Management Program at Instituto Centroamericano de Administración de Empresas. He held various offices along his career, among which he served as deputy of the Provincial Legislature of the Province of Jujuy from 1997 to 2001, as President of Public Policies Institute from 2005 to 2007, as President of the City Council of San Salvador de Jujuy for two terms of office from 2007 to 2011 and as Treasury Secretary of the Municipality of San Salvador de Jujuy from 2011 to 2015. Currently, he is the Minister of Economic Development and Production of the Province of Jujuy, office he holds since December 2015. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of YPF since April 2017.
