Biography
He earned a degree in Economics from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) and a Specialization in the Economics of Oil and Natural Gas from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and holds a Master in Finance from Universidad del CEMA. He served as an advisor to the Committee on Mining, Energy and Fuels of the National Senate in 2012 and as a consultant in the Department of Economic Planning of the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance of the Nation in 2013. He was Administrative Secretary on the Commission for Strategic Planning and Coordination of the National Oil & Gas Investment Plan and Undersecretary of Planning in the Ministry of Economic Policy and Development Planning in the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Argentina. He is currently the Minister of Economy and Public Works of the Province of Santa Cruz. Since April 2015 he is a Director of YPF.
