Biography
He qualified as a civil engineer from the Universidad Nacional del Sur in Bahia Blanca. Among other positions, he served as Assistant to the Provincial Inspection Directorate of Roads for the Province of Río Negro and consultant in the Under secretariat of Water Resources of the Nation. He was appointed Manager of Engineering and Construction and Head of Services and Maintenance in Bahia Blanca for Azurix Buenos Aires S.A. He was an Administrator of the National Water and Sanitation Works Authority (ENOHSA) until December 2015. Since December 2015 he is an Alternate Director of YPF.
