Biography
He graduated as an agronomist from the Universidad de Buenos Aires and obtained a Masters in Genetic Sciences at Iowa State University, USA. He held various positions in Clarín from 1972 to 1981. In 1989 he was named as a state appointed Controller in YPF. He was a National Congressman from 1991 to 1993 and Legislator of the City of Buenos Aires in 1997. From 1997 to 1999 he was Secretary of State for the Presidency in the Secretariat of White Helmets. Since 2000, he is President of a family farming company, consultant and vice president of the firm Economía y Regiones. Since April 2016 he is a Director of YPF.
