Biography
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires (ITBA) and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Austral. He attended specialization courses at the Universities of Darden, Wharton and Harvard in the USA. He joined YPF in 1998 in the Business Development area of the Petrochemical Division. He was responsible for the Marketing and Development area within the Industrial Products Unit and Manager of Chemical Planning in Argentina. Subsequently, he held the position of Director of Basic Petrochemicals and Intermediate Products at Repsol Química, in Spain. He held the position of Director of Chemicals at YPF and was a member of the Profertil board of directors. From 2012 until october 2016, he served as Executive Manager of the Mendoza Regional, in charge of the Upstream operation. He was our Upstream Executive Vice President from october 2016 to august 2017. Currently, he is Downstream Executive Vice President since august 2017.
