Biography
Mr. Noel Samuel has been the Chief Financial Officer at Abt Associates Inc. since July 7, 2016. Mr. Samuel has more than 20 years of broad business experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, business development, strategic and emerging business planning, and consulting. He has nearly ten years of his career focused on helping companies in the public sector IT industry, he has a strong understanding of the market. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of immixGroup, Inc., since July 10, 2013. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. (formerly, Perot Systems Government Services, Inc)
Research Interest
He co-founded Spear Incorporated and also served as its Chief Financial Officer, where he defined and established the financial, accounting, HR, contract, procurement, and IT functions of a new business. Prior to Spear Incorporated, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Dell's $1B+ public services business unit. He was instrumental in leading a smooth integration of Perot Systems Government Services (PSGS) by Dell and identifying acquisition areas of risk and compliance of a government contractor by a commercial parent.
