Before joining Alvogen, ChangWon has held regional supply chain management director roles in several global leading companies in pharmaceutical and chemical industry for over ten years, including Henkel, CK & SK, and Reckitt Benckiser. He has been responsible for the strategy and execution of managing demand and production planning, manufacturing, logistics, customer service, purchasing and environmental safety.
