Kim is responsible for leading all HR functions including talent management, recruiting and retention, training and development, performance management, compensation, benefits and employee relations in support of the organization's human resources objectives and strategies. Kim joined MedPro Group in 1995 as an Employment Administrator responsible for staffing and recruiting. In 1997, Kim became Employment Manager, and in 1999, she was named Assistant Vice President. In April 2001, Kim was named Vice President of Human Resources.
Kim's work experience prior to joining MedPro Group included HR generalist, staffing and recruiting, and affirmative action planning roles with Raytheon Systems Company (formerly Magnavox). Kim holds a BS in Personnel Management from Purdue University. She is also Six Sigma Green Belt certified and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Northeast Indiana Human Resource Association.
