Edik G. Minasyan is Dean, Doctor of History, Professor | Chair of the History of Armenia Education (from the Institute) 1974 - 1979: YSU, faculty of History. 1979 - 1983: YSU, faculty of History, doctorial. Academic degree 1985 - phd in history. 2003 - doctor of historical sciences. Work experience 1979 - 1982: YSU, faculty of History, assistant dean. 1982 - 1985: YSU, faculty of History, lecturer, department of history of the CPSU. 1986 - 1987: Senior lecturer, department of foreign citizens. 1987 - 1994: Head of the department of humanity subjects, associate professor. 1994 - 2005: Associate professor of the Chair of Armenian History. From 2005 up to now: professor of the Chair of Armenian History. 1999 - 2009: YSU, faculty of History, assistant dean. From 2002 up to now: full member of International Academy Sciences of Nature and Society From 2009 February up to now: YSU, faculty of History, dean. From 2014 up to now: member of EKM (Homeland Defenders Union). From 2015 up to now: member of Public Council of RA.
