Rafik A. Nahapetyan is Doctor of History, Professor | Chair of Archeology and Ethnography Education 1963 - 1967: History faculty of Yerevan State University 1970 - 1973: post-graduate at History faculty of Yerevan State University Scientific degree 1986: PhD on “The Family and Rituals of the Armenians from Aghdzninq” (Historico-ethnographic study) 2008: Doctor of Philosophy - “The Marital, Nuptial Customs and Rituals of the Armenians from Aghdzninq” Academic status 1988: Associate Professor 2010: Professor Work experience 1967 - 2013: Lecturer at History faculty of Yerevan State University 1998 - 2013: Lecturer at Ijevan branch of Yerevan State University
