"David has extensive experience in research, financial analysis, funds management and business strategy. His career includes 15 years in the Australian stockbroking industry and 10 years in the funds management sector as well as experience in company management and business strategy. He is an experienced company director, having been Chairman, executive director and non executive director of various ASX listed companies. Most recently, David was Chairman of Onterran Ltd until April 2015. David has strong business management expertise incorporating company restructuring, strategy development, people management, corporate culture and organisational structure. David is currently the managing director of Village National Holdings Limited."
