Steve Wilke

Biography

Steve Wilke is a well respected, self-motivated Environmental Practitioner. He has many strong personal attributes, which are used to best advantage when working and interacting with others. Steve leads by example to positively influence the (environmental) behaviour of staff, contractors and environmental regulators. Steve’s interpersonal skills and considerable experience combine to consistently and successfully achieve good environmental outcomes. He has a well-rounded generalist environmental and civil engineering background, which is supported by academic qualifications, practical application and a pragmatic outlook. Steve has conducted more than 60 environmental audits since 1997. Over a period of 16 years he has carried out audits of Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), environmental compliance audits and audits of environmental management plans. Steve has recently retrained to the ISO 19011 standard for environmental audits.
