Sana Rasool

Biography

Sana is the Legal Director & Lead Counsel for Pfizer Worldwide BioPharmaceutical Businesses. She joined Pfizer Australia in 2007 and is currently responsible for the delivery of strategic Legal advice to Pfizer's $1.8billion Australian and New Zealand BioPharmaceutical Businesses.  Sana was instrumental in the development of a workable Creative Agency Holding Company Agreement, for the provision of Creative Agency services. This Agreement consolidated 40 independent contractors into an integrated model delivering efficiencies in its first year across company. Prior to Pfizer, Sana has a decade of local market experience working with leading Australian law firms and providing in-house counsel for Vodafone and the State Government owned RailCorp. Sana is a graduate of the Macquarie University School of Law and holds an LLM from the University of Sydney.
