David Josza

Biography

Mr. Josza is an orthodontic and dental industry senior executive with more than 25 years of experience. Having held several executive level positions at dental implant and medical device companies, Josza has extensive experience in providing strategic oversight, executing new product launches and developing creative sales initiatives that yield business growth. After a 14-year career at Biomet 3i, a global implant and oral reconstructive supplier, Josza joined Zimmer Biomet Dental where he was tasked to lead the acquisition of his previous company. At Zimmer, a leading manufacturer of musculoskeletal devices, he implemented synergistic cost-saving initiatives and cross-selling opportunities that yielded significant profit increases and growth. Josza’s broad career experience also includes management positions at Henry Schein, a worldwide distributor of medical, dental and veterinary supplies, as well as Stryker Corporation, a leading medical technology company. Mr. Josza earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics at the University of Texas at Austin and received his MBA from the University of Houston.
