Kelly Enos

Biography

Ms. Enos has over 20 years of financial management and operations experience including prior CFO roles at high tech, start-up, venture-backed companies. Throughout her career she has led countless transactions across a variety of debt and equity structures, including initial public offerings as well as mergers and acquisitions. Previously she served as CFO for Kony, Inc. handling the company’s financial and accounting activities as well as human resources, risk management and information technology functions. Prior to that, she served as CFO at EquaTerra, Inc., ypOne Publishing LP, Altrio Communications, Inc., Telseon IP Services Inc. and Star Telecommunications, Inc. Enos began her career with Ernst & Young and later worked in investment banking at notable firms such as Oppenheimer. A graduate from Louisiana State University, she went on to pursue an MBA from Rice University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
