Len Hedge

Biography

Len Hedge currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at OrthoAccel® Technologies, Convergent Dental Inc. and MicroDental Laboratories. Prior to his retirement, Len served as Senior Vice President of Business Operations at Align Technology Inc. from December 2007 to March 2013. Mr. Hedge focused on the design and implementation of core business processes and cross-functional collaboration to support Align’s long-term goals and strategic initiatives. He served as Vice President of Operations of Align Technology Inc. from March 2002 to November 2007 and also served as its Vice President of Manufacturing from January 1999 to March 2002. Since joining Align in 1999 Mr. Hedge helped create Align’s world-class mass customized manufacturing technology and processes. He served as Vice President of Operations for Plynetics Express Corporation from December 1996 to December 1998. From October 1991 to December 1996, he served Beckman Instruments Corporation as Manager for Prototype Manufacturing and Process Development. Prior to Beckman, he served 13 years at General Dynamics Corporation with increasing responsibility from Machinist to Manager of Mechanical Fabrication. Mr. Hedge received his B.S. from La Verne University.
