Biography

• Preparation of regulatory reports and environmental assessments I have extensive experience in scoping, executing and completing regulatory reports and environmental assessments on a range of planning and infrastructure projects. As in Australia, major projects in France are required to comply with environmental and planning controls and must be approved by local, national and European (EU) authorities. I specialise in preparing regulatory reports, environmental assessments, planning permissions and Declaration of Public Utility reports (where private land is compulsorily acquired) in the following domains of activity: - Public transport - Renewable energies - Industrial facilities - General projects (roads, high voltage electrical lines, and various other infrastructure projects) • Project management Over the past five years, and particularly in the last three, my work has acquired a project management focus. I have exclusively managed approximately 15 medium-scale projects (and many more small scale projects) from initiation through to timely and on-budget completion. Specific projects are detailed on following pages, and include primarily environmental and renewable energy projects. My project management strengths encompass the following: - Commerciality - Staff management - Technical management - Communication and project presentations to external stakeholders - Quality, Safety, Environment audit
