Biography
John F. Megrue Jr. serves as a Director and currently serves as Chairman of Apax Partners U.S. He is a member of the Global Executive Committee, Investment and Approval Committees, and the Global Co-Head of Retail & Consumer Group. Mr. Megrue originally joined Apax in 1988 and rejoined in 2005 from Saunders, Karp & Megrue. He is an active board member for rue21 and Cole Haan, both Apax portfolio companies. He also serves as a Director on the Board of Grameen America.
