Biography
Phil has over 15 years’ industry experience and is responsible for managing ADCO’s corporate SHE&Q management systems for all construction projects undertaken in Victoria, South Australia and the ACT. He combines three years as a senior investigator with the Victorian WorkCover Authority with practical experience as an SHE Coordinator on large projects including the Royal Children’s Hospital Stage 2 project. He drives strict safety compliance across all construction activities and is a proactive leader for continual improvement.
