Biography
Dr Ingham received his fellowship of ophthalmology in 1987 in Adelaide and until 1990 was a visiting specialist to the Royal Adelaide and Whyalla Hospitals in combination with private practice. From 1991 he became a visiting specialist to Port Pirie and Noarlunga Hospitals and clinical adviser in ophthalmology to Ashford Community Hospital. From 1996 he was also a visiting cataract surgeon to Mackay and Melbourne.
