Biography
My enthusiasm for psychology grew out of my curiosity about human nature and experience. This curiosity led me to the study of religious experiences, Object Relations psychoanalysis and most recently, evolutionary biology. Currently, I am most engaged with Evolutionary Psychology, Attachment Theory & therapies, the Adult Attachment Interview (AAI) assessment, the philosophy of mind, Mentalization-Based Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Interpersonal Neurobiology. It is my conviction that clinical psychology will make necessary progress when it grounds itself in relationship to the other natural sciences.
