Biography
Mr. Yeo is the Chairman of Kerry Logistics Network Limited (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange) and a director of Kerry Holdings Limited. He was the Vice-chairman of Kerry Group Limited until 30 June 2016. He has been a member of the International Advisory Committee of Mitsubishi Corporation since June 2014 and a non-executive director of Wilmar International Limited since November 2014. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the World Economic Forum and the International Advisory Board of the Berggruen Institute on Governance. In 2013, he was appointed a member of the Pontifical Commission for Reference on the Economic-Administrative Structure of the Holy See.
