Biography
Ms. Teo currently serves as a non-executive and independent director and a member of the Audit Committee and Executive Resource and Compensation Committee and the Chairman of the Risk Committee of Singapore Telecommunications Limited, which is listed on the Singapore Exchange. She is also a non-executive director and Chairlady of the Audit and Risk Committee of Avanda Investment Management Pte Ltd., a Singapore-based fund management company. Ms. Teo has been appointed as a member of Corporate Governance Council of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) on 27 February 2017
