Mr Sue Dunn

Biography

Since 2004, Sue Dunn has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Donor Alliance, a nonprofit, community focused Organ Procurement Organization serving Colorado and most of Wyoming. The company is federally-designated and an American Association of Tissue Banks accredited organization. Dunn’s career spans nearly three decades in the industry of organ, eye and tissue donation and transplantation. Under her leadership, Colorado and Wyoming have grown to boast some of the highest donor designation rates in the country, which directly translates to more lives saved and improved through organ, eye and tissue transplantation. Dunn has been the recipient of a myriad prestigious awards, including the Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business (2010), City and County of Denver Denver’s 150 Award (2008), Creighton University School of Nursing Alumni Merit Award (2007), Donor Awareness Council Leadership Award (2007), Association of Organ Procurement Organizations Achievement Award (1999) and President’s Award (1996), among others.
