Biography
As the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Olivia Thompson oversees all accounting, analyses and information technology needs of the organization. In addition, she provides financial oversight for a 50-50 joint venture of which AlloSource is a member, and serves as the Board Chair for a wholly owned taxable non-profit of the organization. Olivia has served AlloSource in this capacity since 2008. Prior to joining AlloSource, Olivia served in various senior management roles at Coors Brewing Company, including Vice President of Excellence, Vice President of Process Improvement and Corporate Controller. In addition to Coors Brewing Company, Thompson was employed in management positions at Kraft Foods, Honeywell Inc. and Inland Steel Industries. Throughout her career, Olivia has served on a number of non-profit boards including the Urban League, United Way and Rocky Mountain Food Bank. At AlloSource, Olivia’s role ensures we have the financial capabilities to honor donor wishes, as well as give back to our donation community partners. Olivia is inspired by the gift of donation because in a time of great sorrow, the donor family makes an incredibly selfless decision to share their loved one to enhance a stranger’s life.
