Mr Buckland graduated from the University of Sydney in 1979 with a Bachelor of Economics.Mr Buckland previously worked at IBM Australia for over 32 years, where he held roles in management and senior professional positions including Finance and Administration, Consulting and Professional Services. Mr Buckland is a certificated member of the Governance Institute of Australia. Mr Buckland is also a certified project management professional and has a diverse range of commercial experience across the information technology, banking and telecommunications sectors, with international exposure.
