Biography
Mr. Jonathan P. Graham is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, From July 2006 to May 2015, Mr. Graham was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Danaher Corporation. From October 2004 to June 2006, Mr. Graham was Vice President, Litigation and Legal Policy at General Electric Company (GE). Prior to GE, Mr. Graham was a partner at Williams & Connolly LLP.
