Jeyan Heper

Biography

Jeyan joined Ansell in November, 2014 as President & General Manager, Sexual Wellness Global Business Unit at Ansell. Jeyan sits in the Ansell EMEA/APAC headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. Jeyan is a truly global senior executive, with 17+ years of diverse marketing and strategic leadership experience in developed and emerging markets. He is an expert in building global brands, brand architecture, design, innovation, and people development. In his role as President & General Manager at Ansell, Jeyan has responsibility for the direction of all aspects of worldwide business for the Sexual Wellness product portfolios at Ansell. He is responsible for leading the organization through the next phase of continued rapid growth of the SKYN® brand, while re-energizing regional brands. Jeyan also brings a fresh perspective on digital and social media marketing to Ansell, based on previous successes in this arena. Originally from Turkey, Jeyan began his career at Procter & Gamble Group, where he held various marketing roles of increasing responsibility in Turkey, Belgium, Romania, and Germany. Jeyan ultimately rose to the position of Global Business Manager at Procter & Gamble Group, responsible for the Braun® men’s grooming division, based in Kronberg, Germany. Prior to his tenure at Ansell, Jeyan most recently served as Vice President & Global Director, Marketing, for the Danone Group located in Barcelona, Spain. He contributed to building brands and marketing capabilities at Danone worldwide for brands such as Evian®, Volvic®, and Danone’s global flagship brand Actimel®, present in 37 countries. Jeyan holds a B.A. (with honors) from Bosphorus University, located in Istanbul Turkey, from the Department of Political Science and International Relations. In addition, he has lived in Belgium, Spain, Germany, Romania, Turkey, and the U.S. Jeyan is affiliated with several professional and philanthropic organizations including founding the Bayrampasa Rotaract Club and volunteering at AFS American Field Service (Turk Kultur Vakfi) in Istanbul, Turkey.
