Joe Kubicek

Biography

Joe joined Ansell in January, 2014 through the acquisition of BarrierSafe Solutions International (BSSI). Kubicek was appointed to the role of President and General Manager of the Single Use Global Business Unit. Joe sits in the Single Use business headquarters corporate offices in Lake Forest, IL. In this role, Joe has responsibility for portfolio management and marketing for all single-use gloves within all industry verticals and customers relationships, except for Medical markets. In addition, Joe has responsibility for providing leadership for sourcing for all single-use gloves. Joe has nearly 25 years of working experience in a broad-range of functions including operations, finance, and senior management. He has experience working in Mexico’s maquiladora manufacturing industry in both healthcare and consumer electronics. Prior to his tenure at Ansell, Joe held the role of CFO/COO at BSSI. Prior to joining BSSI, Joe worked for Cardinal Health from 1991 to 2007, where he served in numerous roles such as VP Supply Chain, SVP Operations of the Medical/Surgical U.S. Distribution segment, and SVP of Finance for the Medical/Surgical North America $5 billion USD segment. Before Cardinal Health, Joe held the role of Finance Manager at Zenith Electronics Corp. from 1989 to 1991. Joe holds a B.A. in Spanish and a Minor in Business from the University of Houston Honors College and an MBA from The American Graduate School of International Management, Thunderbird.
