Steve Genzer

Biography

Steve joined Ansell in August 2010, to the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Operations. Currently, Steve serves as President and General Manager for the Industrial Solutions Business at Ansell. Steve sits in one of the four global headquarters for Ansell located in MetroPark, NJ. In this latest role, Steve has responsibility for the direction of all aspects of worldwide business for Ansell Global Core Industrial Brands of HyFlex®, AlphaTec®, ActivArmr® and the mechanical protection and chemical product portfolios at Ansell. Prior to his tenure at Ansell, Steve served as Vice President of Manufacturing for 3M in their Electronic Solutions Division based in Austin, TX. Steve worked for 3M in a variety of roles, including leading the Supply Chain and Manufacturing for a wide base of products, processes, and businesses. The majority of his career was spent supporting high-end electronic products and operations, with demanding cost pressures and new technologies. Steve also helped lead the startup of a major greenfield plant in Singapore and also led 3M’s China and Hong Kong Operations. Steve holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MBA from William Woods University, and executive education at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
