Biography
Dr. Marzia Pasquali, Ph.D., serves as Section Chief of Biochemical Genetics and Medical Director of Biochemical Genetics & Newborn Screening of ARUP Laboratories, Inc. Dr. Pasquali served as Co-Medical Director of Biochemical Genetics Laboratory and Medical Director of Newborn Screening Laboratory of ARUP Laboratories. Dr. Pasquali served as Chairman and Member of Children's Health Improvement Through Laboratory Diagnostics (CHILDx) Project of ARUP Laboratories. Dr. Pasquali is an Associate Professor at the University of Utah School of Medicine and a clinical scientist in the area of newborn screening. She trained in Biochemical Genetics at Emory University and is board certified in Clinical Biochemical Genetics. Dr. Pasquali earned degrees of Doctor in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology and Pharmacy Doctor at the University of Parma School of Pharmacy.
