Biography
Mr. Jill Brewster has served as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Ironbark Capital Ltd since October 31, 2002. He is also Chairman of the Company's Nomination and Remuneration Committees and Member of the Company's Audit Company. He has 30 years experience in investment banking and portfolio management. Previously he was an Executive Director, Executive Vice President of Bankers Trust Australia. He also serves as Chairman of Platinum Asset Management Limited, Chairman of IMB Ltd, Director of NSW Treasury Corp and Chairman of Challenger Listed Investments Ltd.
