Biography
Mr. Laurence Stephen Freedman, AM, is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Phoslock Water Solutions Limited since March 7, 2011. He has been Board Member since October 20, 2010. He founded funds management business EquitiLink Group which he sold with his partner in 2000. He is Non-Executive Chairman of Carrick Gold Ltd and Condor Metals Ltd. He is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit and Compliance Committee. He is Fellow of CPA Australia.
