Biography
Bekker is the Deputy Director of the Desmond Tutu HIV Centre at the Institute of Infectious Disease and Molecular Medicine (IDM), UCT and Chief Operating Officer of the Desmond Tutu HIV Foundation. She is currently the President of the International AIDS Society.
