Biography
Alexander Kachellek has extensive experience in lean manufacturing of various businesses; the products range from Data Communications; Defence; Automotive (vehicles and accessories); Cable and Pipe Support systems, Industrial walkway/access systems and Galvanising. Alexander ran a consultancy for 11 years on Lean Operations, which was based in South Africa and UK, which assisted many organisations in change and reduction of waste. He was the Director of Operations for CASE Ltd in the UK, Director of Materials and Logistics Manager for Holden Ltd in Adelaide and Melbourne, and is currently the Managing Director of Korvest Ltd in Adelaide. The businesses within the Korvest Group are EzyStrut, Indax and Galvanising.
