Biography
An adept researcher responsible for designing and undertaking research, conduct literature reviews and competent in qualitative as well quantitative analysis of the research data. Recently submitted a thesis on "Clinical governance - A case study in India" in University of New South Wales (2016). Also held a tutor position in the same university teaching the same course to postgraduate students. * Previously employed by Dr. B.L. Kapur Memorial Hospital (2012), New Delhi, as an Assistant Medical Superintendent, managing the quality operations of the hospital along with operations and administration of a hospital wing. * Prior to that was employed with Fortis Healthcare Limited as Head - Fortis Operating System (2010), leading the integration of new health care delivery systems, restructuring of processes, in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. Successfully managed both clinical and non-clinical personnel; management facility operations, with Business Process Re-engineering; training needs identification (TNI), standardization of project implementation, Lean Six Sigma projects, module development and delivery and marketing in a tertiary 300-bedded hospital. Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and liaised with clinicians and non-clinical staff to provide patient-centered care. * Academic strengths include postgraduate degrees Masters by Research in Clinical Governance from University of New South Wales (2016), Masters in Health Management, University of New South Wales (2013) and Masters in International Public Health, University of Sydney (2005) and undergraduate degree Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Lucknow, India (2002).
