Biography
Michael Ramsden has been Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and Company Secretary of Australian Mines Ltd since June 18, 2013. Michael Ramsden is a lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience as a corporate advisor. He has been involved with all forms of finance, including money markets, futures trading, lease finance, trade finance and foreign exchange. Mr Ramsden is the Managing Director of Terrain Capital in Australia, and has previously worked for international companies including CIBC Australia, JP Morgan and Scandinavian Pacific Investments Limited. He is also a director of the Victoria Racing Club, Chairman of Lowell Capital Ltd and formerly Chairman of Terrain Australia Ltd and Director of D&D Tolhurst Ltd.
