Biography
Director since 6 September 2017. Appointed Member of the Audit and Risk Committee on 6 September 2017. Mr Smith was previously the Chair of Patties Foods Limited for three years and a Non-executive Director of Toll Holdings Limited for eight years. Mr Smith has extensive senior management experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry globally and was Managing Director of Cadbury Confectionery ANZ from 2001, Managing Director of Cadbury Schweppes Australia and New Zealand from 2003 to 2007, and a member of the Cadbury Schweppes Asia Pacific Regional Board.
