Biography
Mr Sanguinetti joined API in 2007 as General Counsel and Company Secretary. Mr Sanguinetti has been involved in a number of significant and complex legal and business transactions in Australia and overseas and has been a member of senior management leadership teams in Australia and Asia. Previous roles included Company Secretary and General Counsel of Kodak (Australasia), Director Legal Affairs and Vice President Eastman Kodak Company (Greater Asia region), General Counsel and Company Secretary, Mobil Oil (New Zealand)
