Shelley Einfeld

Biography

Shelley has over 20 years’ experience as an intellectual property lawyer and has specialised in trade mark law since 1998.  As well as being a lawyer, Shelley is a registered Trade Mark Attorney and Notary Public (NSW). Shelley advises local and overseas clients on all aspects of trade mark filing, prosecution, opposition and removal actions. She has extensive experience managing large trade mark portfolios in a wide range of industry sectors. Shelley conducts trade mark clearance searches and provides advice on brand strategy, as well as assisting clients with trade mark and domain name disputes, copyright advice and design filing and registration. Shelley also has extensive experience in transactional matters, including in intellectual property due diligence searches and the preparation of due diligence reports (for both vendors and purchasers of companies and businesses). Prior to joining Maddocks, Shelley worked for many years in the intellectual property group of a large Sydney law firm and for several years prior to that in a large patent and trade mark attorney firm.
