Biography
He advises his clients in large scale commercial dispute resolution, regulatory investigations and prosecutions and minimising corporate exposure. Andrew has acted on a number of significant disputes and investigations in matters across a variety of industry sectors from banking and finance, retail, telecommunications, energy, entertainment, manufacturing and resources before superior State and Federal Courts and Tribunals and before regulators. Andrew has recently acted on strategic disputes for Google, Anglo America, Holcim, Telstra, AGL, Garuda Airlines and Samsung. Andrew holds a First Class Honours degree in law from the University of Sydney, Master of Laws with high distinction from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Government from the University of Sydney. Andrew has experience in leading competition and litigation practices in Australia.
