Biography
Julie provides advice in relation to mergers and acquisitions, divestments, IPOs and equity capital raisings, shareholder agreements, legal due diligence, and Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules compliance. Julie also assists clients on a wide spectrum of contractual and commercial matters, corporate governance and corporate advisory issues. Julie was a partner at Blakiston & Crabb, prior to the firm merging with Gilbert + Tobin in 2011. Julie was named as a leading Corporations and Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer in the 2017 edition of The Best Lawyers in Australia.
