 Advising Payce on the acquisition, remediation and development of a major urban renewal project site in Sydney for the creation of a mixed use development with several thousand dwellings together with substantial commercial and retail space (estimated value in excess of $5 billion). Acting on numerous acquisitions and disposals of CBD office buildings. Acting on the development of numerous major infrastructure projects including ports, airports, roads and railways. Acting on numerous acquisitions, disposals and various development matters involving hotels and resorts , (including Hotel Intercontinental, Hayman Island, Ayers Rock Resort, Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, Sofitel Brisbane, Crowne Plaza Canberra). Acting on the acquisition and disposal of various shopping centres for FKP, AMP and Bankers Trust. Advising on all forms of leases (retail, commercial and industrial) for numerous clients. Acting for Harvey Norman on the sale, leasing and disposal of numerous sites. Advising Delta Electricity in relation to numerous Infrastructure and real estate matters arising out of the electricity privatisation.
