Biography
David Ludwig’s practice focuses on patent litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical cases brought under the Hatch-Waxman Act. He has expertise in the pharmaceutical, mechanical and optical arts. David’s practice also includes food and drug law, especially pertaining to Section 505 of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as well as copyright and trademark law.
