Biography
Jonathan Justl is an associate in the antitrust group in Axinn’s New York office, where he focuses on mergers, antitrust litigation, government investigations and counseling. Prior to joining Axinn, Jonathan was an attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Antitrust Division. He served as a law clerk from 2010 through 2012 for Judge Samuel Mays, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and Judge Milan Smith, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
