Matthew Murphy

Biography

 Matt Murphy practices in the areas of intellectual property and patent litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Matt spent seven years actively conducting research and development for leading pharmaceutical and medical device companies. He relies on his combination of real world experience and expanding legal knowledge to counsel clients on a variety of technical and complex patent issues. Matt also represents clients in trade secret disputes, sham litigation proceedings and other intellectual property matters. In connection with this work, Matt has contributed to the development of novel remedies arguments to defend a number of multi-million dollar claims.
