Biography
Ross Greenberg's practice focuses on antitrust and other complex litigation matters. At Axinn, he assists with Hart-Scott-Rodino filings, responding to Second Requests and eDiscovery issues that arise in the context of complex litigation. Ross oversees all phases of eDiscovery, from IT infrastructure assessment to data collection, processing and production. He has trained and managed teams of ten to over one hundred attorneys on numerous electronic document reviews.
